Marwa ranked among the three best organizers during the Countdown second edition in Gafsa for her patience and great grasp of what leadership means.
She was stunning with her authentic beauty and kind spirit ,often reflected in her flexibility ,openness and determinence to make any project works out.

One Billion Rising

Marwa who is originally from Sousse which is a coastal region in Tunisia ,was admitted to the American corner leadership club among other 30 young leaders .Added to that ,her prfeciency in English language helped her deepen our partnership with foreign partners during different projects like the "One Billion Rising .

According to Marwa :Leadership is about setting direction and helping people do the right things.However, it can involve so much more than this!

In particular, leadership is a long-term process in which – in a very real and practical way – all actions have consequences, and "what goes around comes around."
