After we had our first project “New  Generation Initiative: Lead the way on campus “,in partnership with the USAID .We thought why not to set up a club in the American corner where more than 30 potential leaders came up with making this sort of weekly activity as their refugee to tell how excited they are about  achieving their dreams.

When we asked them  the first session while holding candles in a solemn state of mind ,to express any idea .They agreed all in a spiritual atmosphere in their needs as youth to be creative ,dynamic and, imaginative to make out of their country a better one.

In fact ,they came from different regions in Tunisia :North ,East ,west ,South  to incorporate the values of tolerance ,love ,and unity .
All of them are great leaders and they have  shown great potentials as the coming generation who will lead Tunisia .

We were surprised as an association when we start to tackle the issue of tracks ,some of them just expressed their desire to move from grassroots to either the government or 1.5 related to the theory of being in between of government and civil  society.

Meriam Meddeb (guest speaker)
To conclude ,this initiative aims to sculpture and shape their sparkling energy into  projects and initiatives .The training addressed to them is actually based on peer to peer mentorship.
sometimes,we bring guest speakers ,mentors ,or entrepreneurs in order to combine  success stories with inspiration and learning at the same time.
