*Rafaa Khiari :

-HELLO,Rafaa could you please tell us about yourself as a leader ?

"I am 21 years old form Kairouen ,majoring in business in Tunis Business school.Currently ,i am working as an accountant in Young leaders Entrepreneurs .

-we want again to congratulate you on your admission to Thomas Jefferson scholarship in the USA .

-Thank you so much ,I feel so blessed for receiving such a great opportunity that will improve my skills as a leader and will certainly qualify me for a universal experience full of tolerance and peaceful coexistence.

-Great ,so could you tell us about how have you managed to make this dream a reality?
-well ,it starts only with having a strong faith on what are you doing and aspiring to achieve .Never say ,i cannot do or compare yourself to someone else.Such opportunities require candidates who are unique ,charismatic and sincere in what they perceive and feel.
are there any kind of preparations or smart tactics to impress the selection committee  ?
what i truly believe in that the best strategy is to never play "the smarty"candidate.they hate that .Be humble ,sincere while you can make some research on how former participants made it .Added to that, make an effort to ask your teacher to review your application before submitting it .Always show your ideas in an original way but don't be arrogant .A great leaders is someone who makes the change not who pretend ..Bla bla bla are nothing but shattered pieces of lies.
-Another question :Do you think such opportunities require high standards or "tough"criteria, because we have seen so many young candidates complaining about the length of the application or the interview stress?
-First ,we should agree on this fact :There is nothing easy ,we should make efforts to reach what we want .Second ,take your time during filling out the application :review ,review ,and review....Don't rush things .Be patient and sober and write what you think can work for your interest like mentioning real initiatives or trainings that can be vital in supporting your chances to get qualified as a semi finalist.Once ,you made it ,you can concentrate now on the interview.
The focal point here ,is never rush into the end ,make your application split into stages. Thus, your efforts will be more oriented and effective. As for the interview ,avoid memorizing ready answers because they won't reflect the real "You".
Always keep in your mind that
refflecting who you are is one of the magnificent traits of leadership .
-Thank you Rafaa for your time and wish you a great year full of success in the United States of America
